Il prof. avv. Giacomo Biagioni è discussant presso l’Università di Verona, nell’ambito del Corso di dottorato in scienze giuridiche europee e internazionali, alle relazioni tenute del Prof. Paul R. Beaumont “The Hague Conference on private international law and its working methods: the cases of the Judgments Project and the Experts’ Group on Cross-Border Family. The international surrogacy” e “The 1996 Hague Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in Respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
